Amongst the Trees is a West Coast DIPA brewed with 2-row, C15 and Dextrine and is aggressively hopped with Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe Hops.  
 
The whiskey is incredibly aromatic, piney, hoppy and citrus.  It is loaded with fruity notes of cherry, pineapple, and some light hints of sweet maltiness peeking through the end.
