Whiskey distilled from our Slippery Eight Loop Hazy DIPA
Aged in charred New American Oak barrels for 12 months. 
 
Appearance: Rich copper hue, like a deep natural amber. Totally clear, zero haze 
Aroma: Sweet and rich; caramelized apples, ripe pear, cinnamon
Palate: full notes of canned pears and peaches (think dole fruit cup); Apple pie; over-ripe banana
Finish: Brown sugar, fruit compote, mild oak flavor without the dry, tannic component, and a hint of vanilla
