Whiskey distilled from our Slo Flo Czech-style pilsner brewed with extra saaz hops. Aged in charred New American Oak barrels for 12 months.
Appearance: light amber, pale yellow around the edges
Aroma: honey, cereal, spices, herbal
Palate: light, sweet body; familiar “herbal” flavors; light wood character
Finish: sweet floral notes, bright and oaky, reminiscent of “Northern California’s favorite crop”
